About Us

Who Are We?

Grove Park Kent Lodge was formed in 1900 and celebrated it’s centenary in 2000, and despite our name we are a London lodge constituted under United Grand Lodge of England and were a founder member of the Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London.

Through our members our lodge is directly involved with a number of charitable organisations and we also raise much needed funds through lodge and personal activities for a whole host of other worthy causes. Please take time to view our charity page to see the work of some of our supported charities.

We meet 4 times a year on a formal basis at Mark Mason’s Hall in St James, London. We also meet on a less formal basis each Wednesday evening from September to April in Sidcup, South East London, where we learn more about freemasonry and practise for our next formal meeting.

We are a thriving lodge with many new faces joining us over the past few years but we are always open to enquiries from anyone interested in joining our lodge. Please take time to view the Freemasons page for more information and if you think you would like to become involved then please do contact us.
